Polyurethane foaming system for refrigerator insulation injects liquid polyurethane between internal and external cases to block temperature differences. The system automates the process, transferring refrigerators on a conveyor to the foaming fixture. After injecting polyurethane and solidifying it, the refrigerator exits the conveyor.
